You can track your parcel using the tracking link sent via email once your order has been packed and is ready for collection by our carrier.
Your delivery will be sent to your pickup point, and you’ll receive a text message when it’s ready to collect.
Is the wallpaper in stock?
We keep over 20,000 wallpaper rolls in stock.
If an item is not available, we order it directly from our suppliers.
For current stock information, please contact customer service.
If your wallpaper is out of stock or on backorder, we’ll email you as soon as we receive an estimated delivery date.
How can I order samples?
We offer wallpaper samples for most of our wallpapers and for all of our colours.
You can easily order a sample directly from the wallpaper or colour you’re interested in – go to the “Sample” tab on the product page and click the “Add to cart” button.
The sample will be sent to your home so you can see the colour, texture, and pattern in the right light before making your decision.
Wallpaper samples are usually A4 in size, but this may vary slightly depending on the supplier.
Our colour samples are A5 and self-adhesive.

Can I change or cancel my order?
You cannot change or cancel your order yourself, but please contact our customer service, and we’ll help you.
You can cancel or modify your order as long as it hasn’t been processed by our warehouse, which normally happens within one business day.
If you need to add more rolls, you’ll need to place a new order.
Note: All wallpapers have a print number indicating the colour batch, and slight variations in shade and pattern alignment may occur between different prints.
If you order additional rolls in a separate order, please enter either the print number or your previous order number in the Comment box at checkout.
Delivery time
We offer fast shipping on all orders.
The estimated dispatch time from our warehouse is always shown on each product page.
If a product is temporarily out of stock, we will contact you with information about the expected delivery time.
The total delivery time for your order is the sum of:
- The time before dispatch (how quickly the product can be shipped from our warehouse)
- The shipping method you choose at checkout

Return policy
We reserve the right to replace a defective product with an equivalent one if the identical item is not available at the time of handling the returned product.
When issuing a credit for returned products, the credited amount will always be the lower of the product’s current price or the original invoiced price.

The return shipping fee is 20 GBP.
When will I receive my refund?
Once we have received your return, it may take up to 10 business days before the refund appears in your account.

How do I cancel my purchase?
If you wish to cancel your purchase, please contact our customer service and inform them that you want to make a return.
You will then receive a return shipping label by email.

We comply with the applicable consumer protection and withdrawal regulations in each country where we operate. Contact us no later than 14 days from the day after you received your goods, until the moment you notify us of your return.
Items that cannot be returned
The right of withdrawal applies only to unopened products and does not include custom-made items such as made-to-measure photo wallpapers and murals.
Paint and sample sheets cannot be returned, even if the packaging is unopened, as our paint and samples are mixed or produced specifically for each order.
Please use our sample sheets to ensure you choose the correct colour before placing your order.
How to make a return

State your name, order number, and which product you wish to return.

For complaints, you must send photos of the defects in question, as well as the label on the wallpaper roll with the print number clearly visible.

We send you a return slip via email, which you print out.
You then hand in the parcel to your postal agent.

We have a 14-day return policy, which applies from the date on which you receive your products up to and including the day on which you make a return request, in accordance with current consumer protection regulations.

The product to be returned must be shipped within 14 days from the date on which your return request was approved.
This applies to unopened products.

For custom-made products and paint orders, the return policy does not apply.

Once we have received your returned goods, it can take up to 10 working days until the payment has been refunded to your account.

Wallpaper
Are you looking for a specific wallpaper but do not have an article number?
Send a picture of the wallpaper to customer service and we will assist you.
Batch number
All wallpaper rolls have a batch number or serial number on the label indicating colour dye and printing.
It is important that all rolls have the same batch number when hanging the wallpaper, as colour tone and pattern matching may differ between different prints.
Always check that all batch numbers are correct before hanging your wallpaper, and save the labels.
If you want to order wallpaper rolls from a specific batch, you can write this as a message when placing your order.
We reserve the right for products to sell out or be discontinued.
Wallpaper samples
We work hard to ensure that all images and colour descriptions of our wallpapers are accurate, but textures and shifts in metallic colours are not always fully visible in photos.
If you are unsure what the wallpaper looks like, we recommend ordering a sample before making your purchase.
Feel free to place the wallpaper samples on your wall for a few days to see how they look in different lighting conditions.
If you want to paint the other walls in a matching colour, we have paired the most popular wallpapers with suitable Wallpassion colours, which are shown on the product page.
How much wallpaper do I need?
Our requirement calculator measures full wall sizes and can calculate wallpaper needs even when pattern matching is required.

Photo Wallpapers and Murals
Our photo wallpapers and murals are produced with high-quality materials and printing. We offer a wide range that can be custom-made to fit your wall perfectly.
We recommend ordering your custom wallpaper with an extra 3–5 cm in both width and height to allow for margin during installation.
Our photo wallpapers are printed on non-woven material (also known as easy-up or quick-up).
The panel width is 50 cm.
If you would like the design mirrored or in black and white, you can specify this as a Comment when placing your order. There is no extra cost.
Please note that custom-sized photo wallpapers are produced specifically for your order and cannot be returned.
Our Wall paint
Our wall paint is a water-based paint certified with both the Nordic Swan Ecolabel and the EU Ecolabel.
It provides good coverage, is easy to apply, and delivers a beautiful matte finish (equivalent to gloss level 3).
This is a high-quality, washable paint available in all our colours.
NOTICE: All our paint is mixed/tinted to order and cannot be returned.
Tips for best results
Start by painting corners and edges with a brush.
Use a roller for larger areas.
Rinse the roller lightly with a little dish soap and water before use, then squeeze out the excess.
→ This reduces lint and helps the roller absorb more paint.
Our Carpentry paint
Our carpentry paint is a high-quality water-based paint with excellent adhesion and coverage.
It has a matte appearance (equivalent to gloss level 15) – slightly glossier than our wall paint, carefully selected to give a refined finish.
Available in all our colours.
Tips for best results
Use a brush for the smoothest result.
For larger surfaces, you can apply the paint with a roller and then smooth it out with a brush – as long as you work quickly.
Mask off any surfaces you do not want painted, as this paint adheres very well.
Preparation
For untreated wood: prime with our woodwork primer.
For previously painted or treated surfaces: clean thoroughly and sand lightly before painting.
Our Floor paint
Our floor paint is a high-quality water-based paint designed for indoor areas with light wear.
Perfect for stairs, parquet, or solid wood floors.
We do not recommend using it in damp environments such as garages or wet rooms.
Suitable for wood and concrete.
Wallpassion’s floor paint is an excellent lacquer paint and is available in all our colours.

Use a roller for a fast and even result.
Paint edges and corners with a brush before rolling.

Application, Definitions and Interpretation
These terms and conditions will apply to the purchase of goods by you (hereby referred to as “the customer” or “you”) on the site www.wallpassion.co.uk.

Basis of Sale
The order process is set out on the website. Each step allows you to check and amend any errors before submitting the order. It is your responsibility to ensure that you have used the ordering process correctly.
A contract will be formed for the sale of ordered goods only when you receive an email from us confirming the order (“order confirmation”). You must ensure that the order confirmation is complete and accurate and inform us of any errors immediately. We are not responsible for any inaccuracies in the order placed by you.
By placing an order, you agree to us providing confirmation of the contract by email containing all relevant information. The order confirmation will be provided within a reasonable time after the contract is made, and no later than delivery of the goods. Price and Payment
The price of the goods and any additional delivery or other charges will be available on the website before the order is completed and will also be shown in the order confirmation.
Prices and charges include VAT at the rate applicable at the time of the order.
Payment Security
Payments are made via our payment provider partner Kustom. No payment fees are added. Terms apply to Kustom’s Pay Later services (invoice and instalments). Kustom processes customer information to deliver its services in accordance with its privacy policy.
The payment solution complies with all international security requirements, and Kustom is PCI certified (Payment Card Industry), ensuring that the payment service meets all internationally established standards for online card transactions.
We do not store any card details, and all transactions are conducted via encrypted transmission (SSL) to ensure that your information is handled in the safest possible way.
Your payment will be activated once we have dispatched your order.
Goods
The description of the goods is as set out on the website, catalogues or other advertising material. Any description is for illustrative purposes only and there may be small discrepancies in size and colour.
For goods made to your special requirements, it is your responsibility to ensure that all specifications are correct. For such items, the right of withdrawal does not apply. All goods displayed on the website are subject to availability.
Delivery
We will deliver the goods to the delivery location without undue delay and no later than 30 days after the contract is entered into, unless otherwise agreed.
If we fail to deliver on time, you may terminate the contract if:
- A) we have refused to deliver, or timely delivery was essential and made known to us before the contract; or
- B) you specified a later delivery period which we also failed to meet.
If the contract is terminated, all payments will be refunded without delay.
We do not deliver outside England and Wales, Scotland, Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man and the Channel Islands. We do not deliver to BFPO addresses.
Goods become your responsibility once delivery is completed. Risk passes to you upon delivery.
Withdrawal and Cancellation

Refunds will be made no later than:
- A) 14 days after receiving the returned goods; or
- B) 14 days after proof of return is provided.
Refunds will be made using the same payment method as the original transaction.
Faulty Goods and Complaints
You are entitled to goods of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described.
Within six months of delivery, you are entitled to repair, replacement or refund. After six months, you must prove the fault existed at delivery.

Circumstances Beyond Control

Excluding Liability
The supplier does not exclude liability for:
- Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation
- Death or personal injury caused by negligence
Subject to the above, the supplier is not liable for:
- Losses that were not reasonably foreseeable; or
- Business losses such as loss of profit.
Guarantees & Complaints
Wallpassion provides a 1-year guarantee on all products against original defects.
We provide no guarantee for defects that are caused by wear, incorrect assembly, or negligence.
We recommend always checking products before assembly to ensure that no factory defects or transport damages have occurred.
This is particularly important as we do not reimburse associated costs, such as, for example, re-wallpapering.
To guarantee a good end result, it is important to follow the assembly instructions included with your product.
Even though our types of wallpaper are considered easy to install, we recommend that anyone unsure seek the help of a professional.
Reservations are made for printing errors, informational errors, and specification errors for all articles and services in our range. All image information on our websites should be seen as illustrations, and we cannot guarantee that the images reflect the exact appearance or quality of the product.

In order for the Purchase Guarantee to apply
the order must be addressed to you personally. You are entitled to compensation if something goes wrong with your purchase, such as that the product being broken, an individual product is missing upon delivery, the product is faulty or delivery fails.
If something went wrong with your purchase
PriceRunner Buy Warranty reimburses you for both purchasing costs and shipping costs. You will also receive compensation for direct financial damage you suffered as a result of the error. PriceRunner Purchase Guarantee does not reimburse any impairment, loss of revenue or other direct or indirect costs.
