How do I place an order?

1. Choose a wallpaper

2. Select quantity of products

3. Click the buy button

4. Go to payment

5. Choose your payment method

6. When the purchase has gone through, you will receive an order confirmation email to the email address you provided when placing your order

We collaborate with Klarna for simple and secure payment. The payment options are instalment payments, card or direct payment. Your instalment payment is activated when we dispatch your order. For payment with Klarna, the delivery and billing address must be the same as the address that is on file at the central population database.

If the order in question is a business order with a different delivery or billing address, please contact us so that we can assist you.

Has my order gone through?

You will receive an order confirmation email to the email address you provided once your purchase was approved. Note! If you have not received an order confirmation email, please check your spam folder.

Where is my order?

You can track your parcel with the tracking link you receive via email once the parcel is packed and ready to be picked up by our carrier. Your delivery will be shipped to your UPS agent (or other relevant shipping company) and you will receive a text message when your parcel can be picked up.

Is a wallpaper in stock?

We have over 20,000 wallpaper rolls at our warehouse, otherwise we order directly from the suppliers. For a current stock balance, please contact customer service. If your wallpaper is out of stock or backordered, we will send you an email as soon as we have been notified of the expected delivery date.

Can I order a wallpaper sample?

Yes, you can read about how to order a wallpaper sample here. You can select ‘order wallpaper sample’ on each wallpaper’s individual page. 
Our samples are usually supplied in the size A4

Samples cost XX per sample. The price is for processing and shipping.

Do you have a physical store for visitors?

Yes, you are very welcome to visit us for advice, help and purchases. We are located at Tumstocksvägen 9A in Täby, Sweden.

Can I adjust or cancel my order?

You cannot adjust or cancel your order yourself, but please contact us at customer service, so we can do it for you. It is possible to cancel or adjust your order as long as it has not been processed at our warehouse, which usually takes place within 1 working day.

If you need to add more rolls, you will need to place a new order.
NB! Remember that all wallpapers have a print number that indicates dye and colour and pattern matching may differ slightly between different prints. If you order multiple rolls in a separate order, it is therefore important to enter the print number or your previous order number in the 'Message' box.
