3M Scotch Blue masking tape is suitable for most areas of use and always leaves the surface without adhesive residue. The tape can last up to 2 weeks in extreme sunlight (tested in Las Vegas) without leaving adhesive residue and up to 4 weeks under normal conditions. The tape has a creped paper and acrylic adhesive.
